Jpark Island Resort & Waterpark Cebu Lapu-Lapu City, Lapu-Lapu City

I had a mixed experience at this resort. On one hand, the resort facilities and amenities are great for families looking for a fun getaway, with nice activities such as snorkeling available. However, I was disappointed by the lack of hot water in my room and the overall upkeep of the property, which didn't meet my expectations for a 5-star resort. The friendly staff did their best, but overall the service felt disorganized.

During my stay, I found the resort to be a fantastic place for families with a friendly atmosphere and great facilities. The staff provided exceptional service, especially during our Ironman Race stay, where they went above and beyond to assist us. However, I did notice that some parts of the resort were in need of maintenance, which was a disappointment. Overall, it was a memorable experience with plenty to offer for a fun getaway.

Our family had a fantastic time at the resort, especially enjoying the large waterpark that kept the kids entertained. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and while the breakfast was diverse, the overall upkeep of the property didn’t match a five-star experience. We also noticed the lack of a proper beach, although construction was underway for an expansion. For the price we paid, it felt like we could have gotten more, especially in terms of service quality.

JPark offers a welcoming experience for families, featuring a fun waterpark for the kids and a beautiful beach for adults. I felt valued during my stay, which stands out compared to previous experiences at other resorts. However, I faced some issues with room cleanliness and noise disruptions that affected my overall experience.
